تهدف الدراسة إلى استخدام التدريب المتزامن في تنمية اللكمة المستقيمة اليسرى للرأس عن طرية تطوير بعد عناصر اللياقة البدنية ومعرفة تأثير ذلك التطوير على المتغيرات البيوكينماتيكية وذلك من خلال وضع تدريبات باستخدام التدريب المتزامن، القياس القبلي والبعدي للمتغيرات البدنية والبيوكينماتيكية لعينة الدراسة، مقارنة نتائج القياس للمجموعة التجريبية بالقياسات الخاصة بالمجموعة الضابطة، وتكونت العينة من (١٢) ملاكم وتم تنفيذ الدراسة الأساسية خلال الفترة من يوم السبت الموافق ١٢/٦/٢٠٢١ وحتى يوم الاربعاء الموافق ١/٩/٢٠٢١ بمقر نادي بورسعيد وكانت اهم النتائج

- استخدام التدريب المتزامن له تأثير إيجابي على المتغيرات البدنية قيد الدراسة.

- استخدام التدريب المتزامن له تأثير إيجابي على المتغيرات البيوكينماتيكية قيد الدراسة.

- أظهرت النتائج تحسناً في المتغيرات البدنية تراوح ما بين ٦.١٤ – ٢٧.٨٩٪
